Summer Smoothie

This smoothie keeps you healthy in all seasons due to its antioxidants and anti-inflammatories

- serves 4 -

 

- 1 cup of kale

- 2 cups of spinach

- 2 mangos

- 1 courgette/zucchini

- 1/4 tsp marjoram

- 1/4 tsp oregano

- 1.5 cup of water

1. Place water, kale, spinach, majoram and oregano in the blender

 

2. Peel and cut the mangos and slice the courgette

 

3. Put them in the blender and blend everything until smooth

 

4. Enjoy!
