Smoothie Oat Bowl

A smoothie made with mangoes, bananas, apples and kiwis. Are there better ways to start the day?

Smoothie:

 

- 1 chopped mango

- 1 chopped banana

- 1 chopped apple

- 4 chopped kiwis

- 150ml water

- 2 tbsp chia seeds

- 2 tbsp flaxseeds

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1/4 tsp ginger powder

 

oats and suggested toppings:

- 1.5 cups of oats

- 1 banana

- 1/4 cup of dried goji berries

- 2 tbsp dried aronia berries

- 2 tbsp dried hippophae

- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs

 

1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth

2. Put oats in a bowl, add smoothie and top with banana, berries and cocoa nibs

 

3. Enjoy!
