Raspberry Oat Cake

For the sweet tooth

- 3 cups of oat flour

- 2 cups of almond milk

- 5 medjool dates

- 1/4 cup of goji berries

- 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped hazelnuts

- 500g frozen raspberries

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 cup of dried Marigold petals (optional)

 

 

1. Put the dates in the almond milk and let soak for 20 minutes

 

2. Blend the dates and the milk

 

3. Add the flour,baking powder, baking soda and milk to a bowl and stir to form a dough

 

4. Add the hazelnuts, goji berries and Marigold petals to the dough and stir in

 

5. add the raspberries and stir in

 

6. Place the dough in a springform and bake at 175° Celsius for 45 minutes
