Pink Smoothie Bowl

For a fresh start with powerful

anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties

- serves 1 -

 

- 200ml almond milk

- 250g blueberries

- 1 banana

- 1/4 cup almonds

- 1/3 cup mixed frozen berries

- 1/2 chia seeds

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp flaxseeds

- hint of black pepper

 

1. Put the almond milk, blueberries, banana and flaxseeds in a blender and blend until smooth

 

2. Put the smoothie in a bowl and top with frozen berries, almonds, chia seeds and turmeric powder

 

3. Enjoy!
