Pasta with Creamy Tomato Sauce

Contains all the goodyness you need to stay healthy

- serves 2 -

 

- 300g corn pasta

- 1 tin black beans

- 1,5 cups of spinach Sauce:

- 1/2 cup of cashews

- 2 cups of water

- 1 tin tomatoes

- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast

- 1 tsp black pepper

-1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp cumin

- 1 tsp mixed herbs

-1/2 tsp ginger

- ½ tsp nutmeg

- 1 tsp paprika

 

Toppings:

- 15 cherry tomatoes

- 1 steamed broccoli

- 1,5 avocados

 

1. Cook pasta according to the package

2. Put all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

3. Mix pasta with black beans, spinach and sauce and heat up

4. Serve with toppings

5. Enjoy!
