Mango Biscuits And Energy Balls

With only 3 ingredients simple but healthy


- makes 8 biscuits or 16 balls -


- 3-4 cups of oats (gluten-free)

- 1 mango

- 20 dates

- coconut flakes (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F and line cookie sheet with nonstick parchment paper


2. Place mango in a blender and blend until smooth; Add water if necessary


3. Place oats and dates in a blender and blend into a flour


4. Place mango and flour into a bowl and mix thoroughly

5. Optional: add 1/4 cup of coconut flakes and stir through


6. As dough is sticky, use two spoons to form either biscuits, which will be placed on cookie sheet, or balls which will be rolled in coconut flakes and placed on cookie sheet


7. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes or until biscuits/balls are slightly brown
