Vitamin K prevents bone health and helps fighting inflammatory disease
- serves 4 -
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 watermelon
- 200ml water
- 2 cups of rocket / arugula
- 1 cup of spinach - 4 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 4 tsp chia seeds
1. Put all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend 10-15 seconds at highest level so that bananas and greens are broken down to small pieces or blend until smooth
3. Enjoy!
