Fruity Smoothie Bowl

This bowl supports the immune system and keeps you fit and strong

- serves 2 -

 

- Smoothie ingredients:

- 1 cup of homemade non-dairy milk

- 1 cup of red grapes

- 2 bananas

- 1/2 cup of rolled oats

- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds

Toppings:

- 1 Banana

- 1/4 cup of goji berries

- 1 kiwi

- 1/4 mango

- 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes

 

1. Put all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

 

2. Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top with kiwi, goji berries, bananas and coconut flakes

 

3. Enjoy!
