Fruity Chia Pudding

Want to surprise your family with a guilt-free but fruity and healthy dessert?

- serves 6 -

 

- 500g yoghurt

- 500g frozen mango

- 6 tbsp chia seeds

- 5 dates

- 3 cups of water

- banana / gooseberries / grapes

 

Chia Yoghurt:

 

Mix the chia seeds with the yoghurt and leave in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours

 

Sorbet:

 

Put the mango, dates and water in the blender and blend until smooth Then, put the chia yoghurt in a glass and add the mango sorbet. Top with grapes, banana and gooseberries or any other fruit you prefer
