About the Event
Tai Chi and Qigong works with the life energy that flows through the body's energy pathways by combining slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercise. The used techniques can help your circulation, balance, and alignment as well as to relax and restore energy. It is a low-impact exercise with flowing movements that only has a minimal impact on joints and muscles.
You only pay for the classes (no event fee):
12€ per class when paying in advance
15€ per class (drop-in)
60€ for 6 classes
All level from beginners to advance are welcome.
Bring comfortable clothes and water to stay hydrated.
