Brown Rice And Millet Porridge

- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries

- 1 cup of fresh blue berries

- 1 tbsp dried goji berries

- 1 banana

-1 clementine

- 1 kiwi

- 1/4 cup of sprouts

- 2 pecans

- 3 walnuts

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1 tsp grounded flaxseed

 

1. Cook the desired amount of brown rice and millet porridge according to the instructions

 

2. Add frozen berries and stir into the porridge

 

3. Add as much fruit as you like to the porridge

 

4. Top with 1 tsp flax seeds and 1 tsp chia seeds

 

5.Enjoy!
