Berry Oat Breakfast Cake

A cake for breakfast without feeling guilty

- 4 cups of gluten

-free oat flour

- 3 cups of water

- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans

- 1 cup of goji berries

- 300g frozen raspberries

- 300g frozen mixed berries

 

1. Mix the oat flour and water

2. Add walnuts, pecans and goji berries and stir them in

3. top with frozen mixed berries

4. bake at 175° Celsius/356° Fahrenheit for 45 minutes

5. Enjoy!

Note: If toppings seem to get burned, cover baking tin with foil
