Banana Chocolate Cake

Bananas, hazelnuts and chocolate - the perfect combination

dough:

- 3 cups of (gluten free) oat flour

- 1 cup of (gluten free) millet flour

- 3 mashed bananas

- 2 cups of almond milk

- 3/4 cup of sparkling water

- 5 dates

- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

 

toppings:

- 2-3 sliced bananas

- 1/3 cup of hazelnuts (optional)

 

1. Put dates to almond milk and let soak for 20 minutes; after 20 minutes, blend until smooth

 

2. Add oat flour, millet flour, cocoa powder, bananas, sparkling water, almond milk to a bowl and stir to form a dough

 

3. Place the dough in a baking tray and top with bananas and hazelnuts

 

4. Bake at 175° Celcius for 30 minutes
