Dough

 

- 4.5 cups of oat meal

- 2 cups of cashew milk blended with 8 dates

- 1 small grated courgette/zucchini

- 3 grated bananas - aquafaba from 1 tin of chickpeas.

 

Toppings

 

- 3 bananas

 

1. Put all dough ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly

 

2. Preheat the oven to 175ºC

 

3. Pour dough into baking tin and spread evenly

 

4. Top with apple and berries and put in the oven for 45 minutes

 

5. If toppings seem to get burned, cover baking tin with foil

 

6. Enjoy!
