Apple Porridge

Apple and cinnamon: the perfect relationship

- serves 1 -

 

- 1 cup of oats

- 1.5 cups of non-dairy milk

- 1 apple

- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries

- 1/2 cup of blackberries

- 1 tsp flaxseeds

- 1 tsp cinnamon

 

1. Grate half an apple

2. Put the oats, grated apple and non-dairy milk in a pot and bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes 2. Add the frozen berries and simmer for 3 more minutes

 

3. Cut the banana and the remaining apple into slices and mix it with the porridge, blackberries, flaxseeds and cinnamon in a bowl

 

4. Enjoy!
