Have you been looking for a way to become happy and healthy?
Have you become confused by all the different diets/lifestyles that are promoted as healthy and sustainable?
Have you tried several diets but none of them has really worked out for you?

Then you are experiencing the same than I did and thousands of others do with you every day.

I had been sick almost all of my life and was looking for years to become healthy but nothing was working. I was in touch with my GP and with specialist but they gave me antibiotics or pain killers instead of treating the root cause. Some of them were honest and told me that they could not help me, others said my health issues and physical symptoms were mental problems that were reflected by my body. None of them took the chance and looked into research articles to find the answers to my health issues.

I did the only thing I could, I believed them. But isn't it strange that we give our health completely to doctors without questioning it? We invest more time to look up reviews of mobile phones, cars, bikes, kitchen utensils than with researching what is wrong with our bodies.

Many people don't even know that the answers to their health problems is online. There are hundreds of independent research studies done with the same outcome.

What is the idea behind SOS Free?

SOS Free started in January 2018 out of the idea of showing how healthy and nourishing food can be easily prepared and taste amazing at the same time. It is based on a wholefood plant-based diet with no added salt, oil or sugar and is the purest and most natural form to eat.

What is a wholefood plant-based diet?

It is a healthy, clean and diversified diet which consists of wholefoods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, leafy green vegetables, nuts, legumes, spices, and herbs. No salt, oil or sugar is needed as the wholefoods taste amazing without these condiments.

What effects does a wholefood plant-based diet have?

When you stick to a wholefood plant-based diet, you affect your health in a positive way as you give your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly and even better, you do not damage your body. For example, fruit, vegetables & Co. are proven to have, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that are good for heart health, strong bones, healthy blood clotting, a positive mood and fighting diseases such as cancer or Alzheimer's.

Isn't it difficult to cut out salt, oil and sugar?

As with any change in your life, cutting salt, oil and sugar out of your diet needs a bit of a practice. However, cooking and baking without these ingredients is actually easier than using them. The amount of possible combinations you can have when using wholefoods is immense and you can create a very different dish by simply changing one or two ingredients. It always takes a bit of an effort if you adjust your life to a better and healthier way but after a while, you will see that the benefits of the change outweighing the effort you put in at the beginning.

What happens when I change my lifestyle to a wfpb one?

By a change to a whole food, plant-based diet, you will transform your body, health and mind to become young and fresh again. You will change your food habits and ditch refined and processed food which will make the taste experience of each meal unbelievable good. In result, you will be full of energy, treat common modern world health issues and diseases, your mind will become sharp and your body will feel youthful again. You will start to love food and its taste so much more and enjoy each meal tremendously. Your cravings will stop, your ageing process will slow down and you will live a healthy and happy live until old age.

I am happier and healthier than ever before. My mind is free and I am able to focus on my future for the first time in my life. It is a liberating feeling to be independent and empowered and don't have to rely on others.
